The parent company PostNord AB is a Swedish public company owned 40% by the Danish state and 60% by the Swedish state. Votes are allocated 50/50 between the owners. Operations are managed in business area Breve Danmark (mail), business area Meddelande Sverige (mail), business area Logistics and Str?lfors. The group's headquarter is located in Solna, Sweden.
